Guest Post: Fool your husband! Soyrizo and Shrimp Paella

Check out this super tricky, pescatarian friendly, soyrizo paella. Even The Hubs couldn’t tell the difference! (Neither could I for that matter)

I don’t think i’m going to be cooking all that much for the rest of the week. Tomorrow I’m heading to LA to visit some friends and meet their new baby (ok she was born in March). Thursday is my bestie, Jen’s birthday and we are going out for dinner. Don’t you worry though, i’ll think of something “riveting” to entertain y’all with.

  2. Paella is truly a perfect family meal, especially for those with dietary concerns. The best is adding in Gluten-free rice for diners with gluten intolerance. Even if you are vegan and don’t eat seafood, there are vegan renditions as well!
