Sometimes, life gets in the way. Bills, and work and responsibilities pile up, and the next thing you know, months have gone by, and you’re no longer living your life, you’re just “going through the motions”. I’ve been there. We’ve all been there. Its easy to lose sight of all the Great things happening around us, and only focus on the things that are difficult and irritating or frustrating.
Introducing, The Great List! A weekly gratitude journal that focuses on the positive aspects of the week. Maybe the only Great thing that happened this week was that the laundry got done. That’s still something to be grateful for. Big or small, take a moment to really think about what’s Great about your life each week. I think you’ll find that the more you do, the more there is to be grateful for.
