We made it home, safe and sound, to San Diego last night. I immediately whipped up this cake! Just kidding. I made this while in Minnesota, and it was a hit with my family. I’ve been a tad bit behind on Seasonal Potluck this month, but fortunately my partner in crime, Kelley, has been picking up my slack. I’m rounding the corner into my final week of “crazy month” so please just bear with me for a few more days until I can get my brain back!
