Just a few final pics from our bundt bonanza. Someone asked me how I store 5 cakes until I can eat them if I made them all in one day. The answer is, I don’t. The day I made them, The Hubs and I sampled all of them. Then, I made cute bundt samplers (shown below) and doled them out to each of my clients, and The Hubs co-workers throughout the week. We had one whole sampler leftover for us which I put in the freezer until we could “cheat” on Saturday. Yesterday we ate the whole thing 😉
I hope you all are enjoying your weekend. I’m reading about lots of rain and snow on twitter, but the weather just hasn’t seemed to reach up all the way down here in San Diego. I conquered a MAJOR project yesterday and plan to work on another, minor one today. Plus get a pedicure with my friend Jen. That is all. Happy Weekending!
