Leftover Stuffing Waffles and Turkey Vegetable Hash
  • 2 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1 egg
  1. Preheat waffle iron
  2. Combine stuffing and egg until thoroughly combined. If the mixture still seems dry, add a few tablespoons of water or chicken stock, until mixture resembles a chunky waffle batter.
  3. Spread the batter evenly over waffle iron. Close the lid and cook until golden brown.
