With Memorial Day coming up quick, I’m sure everyone is busy compiling grilling recipes for their holiday weekend menus. I’m thinking that we try something new this year. Forget about the same old burgers and potato salad, and grill up some food that will have your neighbors talking until Labor day.

Let’s not forget the vegetarians either! I’ve compiled the greatest grilling recipes that the internet has to offer to hopefully spark some inspiration, and start your summer eating off on the right foot.

Love baking with little foil packets and especially with salmon. Copper River Salmon goes pretty quick as it’s season is gone before you can blink, but Costco usually carries it. This looks sensational. Thanks!
