It’s stone fruit season! Plums are totally my jam, and I’m super excited that they are the featured ingredient over at Seasonal Potluck this month. Being a sweet fruit, I think most people would think of baking with plums, or eating them straight up, but they are actually really fantastic grilled as well….or paired with cheese, or salty meats. Ok, plums are good in pretty much anything.
It was a hot, sunny, pool-tastic weekend here in San Diego, and after roasting myself for hours, the last thing I wanted to do was turn on the oven and cook. So I invented these cute little individual flatbreads that I made for myself and The Hubs.
