You know what? Its important to exercise and take care of your health. If you’re like me, it can be a real chore, and something I do not look forward to. I try to do something active (even if its not a full-on, sweating, strenuous workout) every single day even when I don’t feel like it. Once when I was bitching about not wanting to do it, my friend Katie said this to me, and I have never forgotten it. I swear to you, I say this to myself almost every single day now. She was right. I have never regretted it, and as a bonus quote, I also try to remember this one:
“To keep the body in good health is a duty… otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.” -Buddha
