Welcome to a new segment here at Betsylife. There’s a lot of quotables rolling around in my brain, that often pop into my head in moments of weakness, and help me find my way. I hope you’ll let me share them with you.
As someone who doesn’t believe in a specific “God”, a lot of my faith lies within myself, and the belief that if my actions, good or bad, will dictate what happens to me. Simply put, I get what I give. Anytime I’m feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or what have you, I think of this quote, decide what I want out of my life, and make a choice in that moment as to which path to take. Try it sometime. It’s not as hard as it seems.
