Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower chopped into florets
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Coat cauliflower florets in olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet, and roast for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in Red Hot Sauce.
  4. When the cauliflower is done, toss in a large bowl with hot sauce mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Serve.
