cilantro

Instructions
Mix all ingredients except cilantro and lime juice in a 4-quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or until pork is tender.
Remove and shred pork.
Stir in lime juice and cilantro. Add pork and heat through.
Serve with tortillas and salsa.
