Ingredients

fish sauce
juice from 2 limes
a pinch of Sugar

Thai chili
thinly sliced

Gourmet Garden Thai stir in seasoning

Korean pear
cut into 1 inch chunks

cut into 1 inch chunks

large carrot
shredded

grapes

roughly chopped

coarsely chopped unsalted roasted peanuts
Instructions
To make the dressing, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, Gourmet Garden seasoning and Thai chili in a small bowl.
In a large bowl combine Korean pear, pineapple, grapes and carrots. Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine. Stir in cilantro and peanuts.
