Ingredients

bunches radishes trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
2
Tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
zest from 2 lemons
fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Toss radishes in olive oil, salt and pepper.
Spread onto a baking sheet in an even layer. Roast for 20-25 minutes until edges begin to brown.
Top with lemon zest and chopped fresh herbs (I used parsley, basil and chives) and serve.
