4ozKerrygold aged cheddarsliced
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
In a large bowl combine ground beef, jalapeño, and egg. Do not over mix
Form thin patty "bottoms". Top with several slices of Kerrygold aged cheddar. Top with a formed patty "top". Carefully crimp the edges to seal the cheese in the center. Season each side with salt and pepper.
Grill for 5-6 minutes per side until patties are cooked through. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve on a bun with your favorite toppings.
