Ingredients

  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce divided
  • 3 pounds chicken wings

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine the taco seasoning, oil, vinegar and 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce; add chicken.
  2. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 4-6 hours.
  3. Remove the marinated wings from the refrigerator and let come to room temperature.
  4. Preheat grill to high heat. Place wings on the grill over indirect heat. Grill for 25-35 minutes, turning occasionally, until wings begin to brown and meat is cooked through. Move wings over direct flame to crisp the skin. Cook about 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve with ranch or guacamole for dipping.
