Individual French Toast Cups

Do you have a couple of leftover hamburger buns? Make individual french toast cups! An easy and fun breakfast recipe to use up any random bread you have laying around.

Ingredients

  • 3 hamburger buns or similar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°

  2. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Tear hamburger buns into small pieces and stuff into the cavity of 6 muffin tins. 

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Carefully pour the mixture evenly over the bread cups. 

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and baked through. Carefully remove french toast cups from muffin tin and top with maple syrup.
