Do you have a couple of leftover hamburger buns? Make individual french toast cups! An easy and fun breakfast recipe to use up any random bread you have laying around.
Preheat oven to 400°
Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Tear hamburger buns into small pieces and stuff into the cavity of 6 muffin tins.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Carefully pour the mixture evenly over the bread cups.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and baked through. Carefully remove french toast cups from muffin tin and top with maple syrup.
This recipe is easily scaleable depending on how many servings you want to make. Substitute any type of bread product!
