Ingredients

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries diced
  • 1/2 medium red onion diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper diced
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. 

  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 4 hours before serving.
