Coat cauliflower florets in olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet, and roast for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in Red Hot Sauce.
When the cauliflower is done, toss in a large bowl with hot sauce mixture until evenly coated.
