For the red hot syrup
1cupred hot candiesplus extra for garnish
1/4cupwater
For the glaze
1cupconfectioners sugarsifted

Instructions
Combine red hot candies and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally until candies melt and a smooth syrup forms. If the mixture seems too thick, add more water. Cool mixture slightly.
