Ingredients
1/2cuporganic canned pumpkin
4tablespoonsmolasses
4tablespoonswater
2tablespoonsvegetable oil
2cupswhole wheat flour
1/4teaspoonbaking soda
1/4teaspoonbaking powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl mix the pumpkin, molasses, vegetable oil, and water.
In a separate, medium bowl combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Slowly stir dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until the dough softens.
Scoop out small spoonfuls of dough {about 1 inch wide} and roll them into balls with your hands.
Set the balls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten them with a fork.
Bake for 20 minutes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months
