package Melissa's Shirataki Fettuccine Noodles
Instructions
In a small bowl whisk together rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, honey and crushed red pepper. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, onion and carrot to the pan. Cook 4 minutes until fragrant.
Add in remaining vegetables. Cook stirring occasionally for about 8 minutes or until vegetables begin to soften.
Stir in soy sauce mixture. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer until vegetables are cooked through and the sauce reduces slightly.
Add noodles and stir until well combined.
