Ingredients

  • 6 oz feta cheese
  • 3 T plain greek yogurt
  • 1 large handful fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 large handful fresh mint chopped
  • 3 T olive oil
  • fresh ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix feta, greek yogurt, parsley and mint in a food processer. Pulse until ingredients begin to combine
  2. Add in olive oil, one tablespoon at a time, until dip reaches desired consistency.
  3. Season with fresh ground pepper.
