Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperonis

Instructions

  1. Place wings, pizza sauce and oregano in a ziploc bag. Toss until wings are fully coated. Marinade in the fridge for 3-5 hours.
  2. Preheat grill. Remove wings from bag and place on the grill over indirect heat. Grill for 25-35 minutes, turning occasionally, until wings begin to brown and meat is cooked through. Move wings over direct flame to crisp the skin. Cook about 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove wings from grill and immediate sprinkle with cheese and pepperonis.
  4. Serve.
