Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8X8 pan and set aside.
Beat butter and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in egg, vanilla, salt and bourbon.
Turn mixer to slow speed and gradually add the flour until well combined.
Fold in butterscotch chips.
Spread batter into prepared pan, and bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are golden brown.
Cool completely before cutting.
