Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs brussels sprouts
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut the ends off the brussels sprouts and cut in half. Toss with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet in an even layer.
  4. Roast for 35-45 minutes until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
  5. Meanwhile, melt butter in a microwave safe dish. Whisk in Frank's red hot sauce and pour over roasted brussels sprouts.
  6. Toss to coat.

Recipe Notes

To Air Fry: Toss Brussels in buffalo sauce. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Fry for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket and stirring every 5 minutes until crispy. Serve with additional sauce if desired.
