Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 heaping Tablespoon raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup canned light coconut milk
  • 1 packet instant powdered coffee I substituted 1/4 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add oats and cashews to a blender and pulse until powdery
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except ice and process until smooth
  3. Add ice and pulse until pulverized
  4. Transfer to a serving glass and serve immediately.
