Spicy Hoisin and Sesame Glazed Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup  hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup  honey
  • 2 tablespoons  reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons  lime juice
  • ears corn husked and cut in half crosswise
  • 2 teaspoons  sesame seeds lightly toasted
  • 1/2 to 1 serrano chile minced
  • green onions sliced thinly

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat

  2. Whisk together hoisin, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice

  3. Grill corn, turning often and basting with glaze, until glaze is caramelized and grill marks start to appear, about 10 minutes.

  4. Transfer corn to a platter and garnish with sesame seeds, chile, and green onions.
