Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1-8 oz box See’s Peanut Brittle crushed
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together brown sugar, sugar and butter.
  3. Add eggs (one at a time) mixing well between each addition. Mix in peanut butter until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
  5. Turn the mixer to low, and slowly add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture.
  6. Fold in the crushed See’s Peanut Brittle and chocolate chips.
  7. Roll dough into small balls, flatten with a fork and place on a greased cookie sheet .
  8. Bake for 15 minutes.
