  • 1 pound pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound sweet Italian turkey sausage
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 4 cloves garlic diced
  • 2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 cup zucchini chopped
  • 1 cup yellow squash chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup basil finely chopped
  • parmesan cheese freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Remove turkey sausage from casings and add to the pan. Cook until browned, using a wooden spoon to break up the meat.

  4. Add vegetables to pan. Cook, stirring frequently, until vegetables become tender. Add cooked pasta to the pan and stir until fully combined.
