One of my mottos in life is “Coffee is always the answer”. If you know me well, you’ve probably heard me say this on more than one occasion.
If you’re tired, drink coffee. You’ll wake up.

I drink a ridiculous amount of coffee on a daily basis (mostly for reasons #1 and #2). So much so, that I’m convinced that my insides are made of coffee. I usually stick to plain, black coffee. It’s easy, convenient, and can be found almost everywhere.
No muss, no fuss.
However, I’m learning that many people don’t share my love of plain black coffee, and that I too enjoy a little variety every once in a while. Especially during weekend brunch. This is how I discovered the value of the iCoffee® single serve brewer. Sure, a pot of plain, black coffee is fine for a busy morning on the go, but when you gather a few friends around the brunch table, you want to offer something a bit different.
Do you have a friend that prefers iced coffee? I froze some vanilla coffee into ice cubes and topped them with vanilla almond milk. Is there a traditionalist in your life? Brew a single cup of black coffee and add a couple of lumps of sugar. Someone like coffeehouse style drinks? A cup of mocha espresso topped with some steamed milk and a dusting of cocoa powder is perfect.
