Hooray! Party time! I’m beyond thrilled to debut my latest video project with my friends over at Honest Films. Love is in the air, and as you know, there is nothing that I love more than bundt cakes and my sweet sidekick Olive.
Olive and I baked up this cake for Fiona’s first birthday, but rainbow sprinkles are an awesome way to congratulations, happy birthday, I love you, or way to go! This Funfetti Bundt Cake is the ultimate celebration cake.
Please enjoy, and be sure to check out all my Betsylife videos over on my VIDEOS page. Stay tuned for more to come throughout the year!

Olive is such a sweetheart! Love that she got some licks in there. As far as cake flour, do you have any worthy substitutes? Also, for butter extract? I’ve never actually heard of that before!

To “make” cake flour take 3 Tbsp flour out of 1 cup and replace it with 3 Tbsp of cornstarch. Butter extract is very easy to find. I’m sure you’ve just never looked for it. Available at Vons for sure

There are so few funfetti bundt recipies and I’m very glad for this one. I have a very problematic and detailed cake pan and this made the exact amount of batter I needed.
Unfortunately I undercooked it for my pan which will easily tear a cake to bits but it’s still soo delicious and won’t go to waste as I’ll probably just turn it into cake pops.
