Hey guys! I hope you all enjoyed your holiday. I’ve been M.I.A for a week or so due to the “winter vomiting disease” that swept through my body right before Christmas. Highly unpleasant, but not the worst thing I’ve ever dealt with. I’m just relieved that I was fully recovered in time for The Hubs to come home, and for us to enjoy the holiday with friends and family.
Since my insides were blessed with this total system clean out, I’mย thinking twice about what to fill myself back up with. As much as I would love to continue the wine and cookie binge I’ve been on since roughly November 1st, I’m thinking it’s probably best that I make some smarter choices.
With the New Year right around the corner, and people’s resolutions ready to launch, I thought I’d give you all a hand and compile the very best quick and healthy meal recipes the internet has to offer. I promise you, healthy eating can be fast and tasty, and these recipes are proof. Please enjoy.

This would be great in tomatoes too. Just core, cut tomatoes in sections without cutting all the way through. (Like a pizza) and stuff with tuna.
