Pretzel bread=life changing. I’m not a big bread or sandwich eater in general but I cannot stop snacking on this to-die-for loaf of pretzel bread I made recently.
The Hubs was traveling all last week, and while he was gone I watched kind of a lot of TV. A commercial for Wendy’s new Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger really caught my attention. I’m a sucker for good food styling, and I’ve got to say, those burgers looked darn delicious. Since I’m always in search of a new project, I thought I’d try to make my own pretzel loaf. I followed THIS recipe from Seeded at the Table, and although one of the loafs turned out a little misshapen, the taste was perfection!
My loaf success was just the beginning. Those commercials had me craving some cheesy bacon goodness, so I fried up some bacon, gathered some sharp cheddar slices, and went to work making the greatest grilled cheese of all time!
Yesterday I posted my latest video installment featuring a delicious egg breakfast sandwich. You’d better believe that from now on those sandwiches will be made on pretzel bread. In fact, is it possible to only eat pretzel bread for the rest of one’s life? Could I make Thanksgiving stuffing with pretzel bread? What about pretzel bread crumbs for meatloaf? Pretzel french toast? I think I may be addicted.

I loooooove pretzel bread. Recently, I ordered a big burger on a pretzel roll at Stacked. Heaven! This sammich looks pretty good too. I’m thinking I would have some mustard nearby for dipping ๐

Nom! Thank god I’m not your neighbor or I swear I’d be the annoying one that invites herself into your house, then proceeds to eat all your food.
