This post is sponsored. All opinions are my own. Cheesy and crispy, these simple sliced parmesan potato stacks are a great holiday side dish recipe. Easy to make in a muffin tin! Make a single serving or enough for a crowd. This recipe is about to become a staple on your dinner table.Â
Thanksgiving is upon us and now is the time to start your turkey day planning. Maybe this is the year you sway from your traditional menu and try out a new side dish. I mean, after all, 2016 has been an exceptional year. The Cubs won the World Series, we may see a woman in the White House. Pretty much anything is possible including your family loving a new side dish.
If that’s the case may I suggest these super simple parmesan potato stacks? You make ’em in a muffin tin! How simple is that?
If potato stacks aren’t your jam, my friends over at The Idaho Potato Commission have dozens of excellent potato recipes for you to choose from.
This has been a big year of change for The Hubs and I too. After many years of hosting Thanksgiving poolside at our home in San Diego, we’re facing a new scenario this year in Oakland.
Our crowd will be smaller, there will be no pool, I’m going to assume the weather will not be nearly as warm as we’re used to, and I’m going to have to prepare all the items that my friends would have provided potluck style in the past.
I’m scouring the internet trying to find the perfect recipes to impress my family, friends and newly gluten-free brother.
Good thing these parmesan potato stacks are gluten free!
Have a favorite family recipe? Send it my way. I’m open to any and all suggestions. In the meantime, head over to the Idaho Potato Commission website to check out my recipe for Parmesan Potato Stacks. If you need more holiday recipe inspiration, check out some Betsylife favorites below.
